You directly provide Berk’s Nest with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register to join Berk’s Nest’s mailing list.

  • Register to join Live At The Clapham Grand’s mailing list.

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey on our website or via email.

How will we use your data?

Berk’s Nest collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your mailing list sign-up

  • Email you with ticket offers, free tickets & other promotions.

Berk’s Nest securely stores your data on a secure shared drive, with access only given to staff members.

Berk’s Nest will keep your date for four years after you join the mailing list. Once this time period has expired, we will contact you to either authorise us to extend this period by another four years, or to delete your data. If we cannot contact you, your data will automatically be deleted.

Marketing

Berk’s Nest would like to send you information on the work we do, the shows we’re producing, and projects we’re launching.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Berk’s Nest from contacting you for marketing purposes.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please e-mail us here.

We will only share your data with our Event Partners (the artists we work with), when you have bought a ticket to their show and provided your consent to receive marketing messages from us. Currently this applies to the comedians Olga Koch, Sara Barron, Tarot, Diane Chorley and Catherine Cohen as we’re promoting their shows and tours. If you change your mind and do not want to receive such marketing messages, you can opt out by contacting that Event Partner.
