We’re really excited to be back putting shows on, but we want to keep you, our staff, and all our performers safe.

We will be doing everything we can to ensure everyone’s safety by complying with the latest government guidelines for the performing arts.

Please do not attend any show if you feel unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19, including:
-       A high temperature
-       A new, persistent cough
-       Loss of taste or smell

If you are unable to make a show because of symptoms or because you are self-isolating, please get in touch with us. Whilst the venues we work with will often have the final say with refunds or exchanges, Berk’s Nest will make sure you are not disadvantaged for doing the right thing and staying at home.

Safety at shows - physical distancing & other measures

Every venue we’re working with, whether indoor or outdoors, will also be following the government’s guidance. All shows we’re currently producing have a physically distanced seating plan, with tables or blocks of seats bookable only in specific groups. Each group should consist of only one household or bubble, and each group should arrive at the venue together.

Our shows will be taking place at venues where other Covid-19 measures will be in place. These include the wearing of face coverings, temperature checks on arrival, staggered entry and exit times, and table service (where possible). Please help us to keep everyone safe by complying with all measures asked of you by venue staff.

Test & Trace - Booking Information

Contact information from your booking may be retained by Berk’s Nest, the venue, or your ticket provider in case we need to share it with the NHS’s Test and Trace system. All data retained by Berk’s Nest will be collected and stored in line with our Data Policy.

Event Cancellations/Rescheduling

If any show is cancelled due to a tightening of COVID-19 restrictions or local lockdowns, we will reschedule shows to a date when it can take place. Exchanges or refunds will be offered to all bookers.
